Delivery
Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Note: Working day delivery refers to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Monday - Friday only
An email will be sent when your goods have been dispatched, along with tracking details, so please ensure the email address you enter is accurate.
Due to the increased use of Anti-Spam and Firewall software our email may struggle to get through. If you have not received any email confirming your

Shipping and Handling
All prices are exclusive of carriage and packing, which are currently as follows for the UK mainland:
Up to £100 invoice value - £10
Up to £200 invoice value - £20
Up to £500 invoice value - £30
Up to £1000 invoice value - £50
No carriage and packing charges will be levied on orders with an invoice value excluding VAT over £1000 (UK Postcodes only).
Sorry, but due to the difficulty in tracing lost parcels orders cannot be despatched by post.
Outside of the UK, carriage is "at-cost" - please email for a quote. You are welcome to send your own shippers to pick up
the products at our warehouse by arrangement.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you - that means we'll wait until it is in stock and then send it out. You will always be emailed
if a product is likely to be out of stock for more than a week and given the option to cancel.
Returns:
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email orders@eurocoin.co.uk *within 12 hours* of placing your order. Non-personalized goods only may
also be returned within seven days of receipt for any reason providing they are in re-saleable condition (you will still need to pay the full carriage costs
which may be more than the carriage element of your order - proof of cost can be provided if necessary). Before returning your goods, please email
inquiry@eurocoin.co.uk to obtain a returns number. Your card will be credited within two days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect them.
However, banks sometimes process credits in a different manner from debits and they may take a time to show on your statement. Your statutory rights are not
affected in any way.
